Yes. If you wish to make a pledge to the campaign and
send your check later, you may email us to record your
intention to donate and the amount or your pledge at
this address: HelpingHands@Hacienda.org. Please
include your name, your title, and your business contact
information in your email pledge.
What recognition will my company receive
for participating?
When we receive your check or pledge, your company’s
name will be added immediately to the list of
contributing companies, and you will receive your
participation materials, including a “window cling” that
shows you are a Hacienda Helping Hands participant
and a desktop recognition award. You will also receive a
supply of brochures for the Hacienda Helping Hands
grants program in an attractive reception-area brochure
holder for your use in responding to community groups
requesting funds from your company.
Companies that donate to Hacienda Helping Hands are
prominently recognized at campaign celebrations and
awards ceremonies during the campaign year, and their
logos, and their logos are featured in print and web-
based promotional vehicles and media publicity.
